Knorr-Bremse Australia was founded 1987. In 2013 the Knorr-Bremse Group celebrated the inauguration of its new braking systems, doors and HVAC plant in Granville. The new facility provides almost 16,000 square meters of office and production space and is now the foremost provider for OE and aftermarket services for transport brakes, doors and HVAC in Australia.
As a technology leader, through its products the company has been making a decisive contribution to greater safety by road and rail since the company was founded in Germany in 1905.
